JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 06.09.2019, seeks bail in connection with Pakarideyal P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019, dated 04.09.2019, instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation on the petitioner and others of having assaulted the deceased. There appears to be a dispute with respect to a passage of land.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, her gender and her period of custody, she is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79657 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pakarideyal P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019.

While saying so, this Court has taken note of the fact that the deceased has suffered only one head injury which is attributable to Bhola Singh @ Sanjiv Kumar.
