2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case and having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made a representation to the Chief Engineer i.e. Respondent No. 3 ventilating his grievance and bringing to his notice the forgery

Patna High Court CWJC No.1320 of 2024(8) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 committed by the Director of Yuvraj Engicons Private Limited (Annexure- P4) showing that the firm of the petitioner has merged with the Yuvraj Engicons Private Limited. The application obtained from the Registrar of companies (Annexure- P3) by the petitioner does not show that any such merger has taken place. The Respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner duly taking into consideration the Annexure- P3 and Annexure- P4 and pass necessary orders. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. In case the Respondent No. 3 comes to the conclusion that the Annexure- P4 is a forged document then necessary orders for entering into the agreement with the petitioner shall be done at the earliest.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
