2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 109 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., on 25.07.2025, the F.I.R. named accused persons including petitioners surrounded brothers of informant namely Collector Yadav (deceased) and Ramashankar Yadav and thereafter, co-accused Upendra Yadav assaulted on the head of deceased with butt of pistol and co-accused Munna Kumar assaulted him with spade, on account of which, elder brother of informant namely Collector Yadav died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is absolutely no allegation of assault or any overt act against these petitioners and they are only alleged to be member of the mob. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 376 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
