JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 414 IPC and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol with live cartridge was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 2.7.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for five months and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five
