2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 109 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Specific accusation is against co-accused Upendrda Yadav and Munna Kumar. Similarly situated co-accused Mukul Yadav and Indrajeet Yadav have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 11.12.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 85334 of 2025. Petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2025 and claims clean antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 376 of 2025.
