Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the Clause 12 of Circular Order No. 1 of 2023, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Superintendent of Police, Saran, Chapra within a period of two weeks' from today and after hearing the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police, Saran, Chapra shall decide the matter in terms of Section 41 A of the Cr.P.C.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the present application is disposed of.
