2. The present restoration application has been filed for restoration of L.P.A. No. 1814 of 2017 preferred by the appellants-petitioners against the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12719 of 2016, which was dismissed for default.

3. The appellants-petitioners had earlier moved an application for restoration of L.P.A. No. 1814 of 2017. A Co-

Patna High Court MJC No.3651 of 2023(5) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.09.2023, dismissed the restoration application on the ground that 'No good ground has been ascribed in the petition for condoning such a long delay seeking restoration of L.P.A. No. 1814 of 2017'.

4. Considering the fact that the restoration application of the appellants-petitioners has already been dismissed by Coordinate Bench of this Court, we are not inclined to allow this second restoration application which has been filed after a delay of 1 year 10 months and 27 days.

5. Accordingly, the present restoration application is dismissed.
