Petitioner is in custody in connection with Town P.S. Case No 231 of 2018 for the offence under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, u/s 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act and u/s 30(a), 38(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is languishing in jail since 4.4.2018.

He further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused namely, Manish Kumar Jha @ Manish Jha, Amar Choudhary and Chandan Rai have been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court.

No.77293 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018.
