2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 794 of 2022 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of shot fired by the petitioner and co-accused Subodh Paswan.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13918 of 2024 vide order dated 06.03.2024 and there is no any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
