JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2021 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in order to approach the Three-Men Committee, constituted by the District Magistrate, Siwan for the purposes of examining right, title and interest of the petitioner over the land in question pertaining to which, the petitioner seeks registration of the sale deed. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Three-Men Committee, constituted by the District Magistrate, Siwan. It is needless to state that in case, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1018 of 2020(5) dt.18-02-2021 2/2 petitioner approaches the said Three-Men Committee within a period of two weeks from today, the said Committee shall examine the matter and take a final decision, within a period of six months from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner.
