Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from a Scorpio. Submission is that neither the vehicle nor the liquor is of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Only suspicion is there against the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kashi Chak Police Station Case No.158 of 2019, subject
