The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 566 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) a/35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of one knife from the person of the petitioner upon search being made by the police after the police received information regarding some accused persons having gathered at the alleged spot for the purpose of committing dacoity.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 566 of 2018.
