2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 137(2), 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that on 26.06.2025, at around 08:00 A.M., her husband went to buy some books but did not return and had been missing since then.

4. It appears that the dead body was recovered pursuant to the information furnished by the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2025.

5. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, and the same is
