1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant bail application has been filed in pursuance of the liberty granted to the petitioner by order dated 22.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57163 of 2024 whereby petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed on 02.12.2024 as would manifest from Annexure-5 to the bail application.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submission aforesaid, the

No.89292 of 2024(2) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 62 of 2023.

7. However, it is made clear that if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that petitioner, after his release on bail, is trying to delay the trial of the case in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
