The petitioner seeks bail in Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 183/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 27 and 29 of NDPS Act.
As per F.I.R., the informant got information that some miscreants are about to pass Nepal border with Charas. On such information, the informant along with other police personnel caught hold three miscreants including this petitioner. It is alleged that police recovered 1.900 kg Charas from possession of co-accused Shakti Kumar. One mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 183/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
