Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.1390 of 2018 arising out of Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 51 litres Nepali liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 05.11.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76970 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Special Case No.1390 of 2018 arising out of Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
