JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondent Authorities to remove the encroachment which has been caused by encroachers in connivance with some anti-social element in front of the house of the petitioner, which is causing hindrance to petitioner and in spite of several requests made by the petitioner to the Respondent-Authority, encroachment has not been removed.

ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19760 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 respondents to enforce the order / direction issued under the signature of Sub-Divisional Magistrate contained in Memo No. 1824 dated 13.08.2024, by which specific direction has been issued for removal of encroachment, under protection of Police Force but no action has been taken for removal of such encroachment."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
