1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 110, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 has antecedent of one case, petitioner no.3 has antecedent of two cases and petitioner no.2, 4 and 5 are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.1, 3 and 4 are women

No.86941 of 2025(2) dt.10-03-2026 2/3 and the informant alleges that his wife was washing her face at a government hand pump, when accused persons came, thereafter his wife protested their selling liquor, when on order of Gena and his son, accused Sandhya and Sundarkali tried to strangulate his wife, while Pramila snatched her chain and Vikash along with Santu started tearing her cloth but was saved when people gathered.

4. Learned counsel submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that on account of dispute relating to use of hand pump, an altercation had taken place, in which both side abused each other but then the instant FIR came to be instituted with ornamental and exaggerated allegations.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86941 of 2025(2) dt.10-03-2026 3/3 connection with Ramgharwa P.S. Case No.306/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
