The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, earlier these petitioners were granted the privilege of provisional anticipatory bail vide order 11.12.2019 by a co-

Case diary has been received in this case and no cogent material has come during course of investigation against the petitioners. Hence, the provisional bail granted earlier to these petitioners may be confirmed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted earlier vide order dated 11.12.2019 in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019 is hereby confirmed.
