2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, one Puja Kumari was in love with Dharmendra Kumar and they were seen in objectionable condition and thereafter, they were killed by the accused persons, who were family members of Puja Kumari, by pressing their neck and nose and concealed the dead body in the pond.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he is related either

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84777 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 with the family of Puja Kumari or Dharmendra Kumar. Name of petitioner surfaced during course of investigation in the statement of some of witnesses. Petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 122 of 2025.
