2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 588 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Section 87 of the BNS, 2023.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioner kidnapped the informant's sister for the purpose of marriage.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the innocence of the petitioner transpires from perusal of the FIR itself as the alleged victim is of age of the 19 years and the FIR was lodged after five days of the occurrence. She has further submitted that the victim herself filed an application before the court stating therein that she apprehends danger at the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88472 of 2024(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 hands of her family members. The petitioner is under custody since 22.09.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 588 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
