JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2023 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 17062 of 2015, which has stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order 14.11.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of illness, the petitioner could not comply the

Patna High Court MJC No.4983 of 2019(3) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 peremptory order dated 14.11.2019 in time, thus, a sympathetic view be taken and the aforesaid petition be restored to its original file.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No. 17062 of 2015 to its original file. 4.
