2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6, 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are said to have committed rape upon the daughter of the informant. Petitioner is in jail since 15.01.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Rudra Deo has very vehemently argued the case of the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner has committed rape upon the minor victim, I am not inclined to

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
