2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 20.08.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12414 of 2024 has not been complied as there was specific direction that the letter contained in Memo No.732 dated 24.07.2024 be stayed and joining of the petitioner be accepted.

3. Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that in paragraph 8 & 9 of the show-cause filed by the Zila Parishad, it has been categorically mentioned that the joining of the petitioner has been accepted in respect of order passed by this Hon'ble Court. As such, the said order

Patna High Court MJC No.4391 of 2024(3) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 dated 20.08.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12414 of 2024 has already been duly complied with.

4. In the light of the submissions made by the opposite party that keeping the said letter stayed, the joining of the petitioner has been accepted.

5. In this view of the matter, this Court finds that the opposite party is not under contempt, and hence, the present M.J.C. stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
