The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S.Case No.134 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 7 of the E.C. Act.. Allegation against the petitioner who is a P.D.S. Dealer is of not supplying of the food grains and black marketing it and also selling the same on higher price.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated int his case and after inquiry, it appears that most of the persons are not the consumer of the P.D.S. shop of the petitioner and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.
Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant..

No.1284 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Barh District Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S.Case no.134 of 2018 subject to condition as laid under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to co-operate in the investigation of the case.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
