2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to quash the order dated 14.08.2025 passed by the learned A.D.M. Arwal in M.R.

No.89/2024-25 by which the land mutation revision application has been disallowed in connection with Khata No.81, Plot No. 169, Area 12 decimal in the village/Mauza Chiraiya Tand, Anchal Arwal, DistrictArwal.

3. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the order in question has been passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Arwal affirming the order passed by the Circle Officer, Arwal and the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Arwal

4. In that background, the petitioner ought to have moved before the Bihar Land Tribunal instead of approaching the Patna High Court. On merit, the submission is also that the consent of the all the land holders has not been taken as recorded in the order of learned D.C.L.R., Arwal.

5. Be that as it may, the petitioner has a forum by approaching the Bihar Land Tribunal where he should go for the redressal of the grievance.

6. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate steps shall be taken for approaching the concerned Tribunal.

7. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
