2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, Dinesh Sah as also petitioners and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The petitioners are in custody since 23.09.2024 and Dinesh Sah has since been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 18666 of 2023 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S.
