The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 354(B), 307, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC. For land dispute the petitioner allegedly gave blow with a farsa at the head of Intafak Ansari. The doctor has found incised 1"x bone deep on the left forehead.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death. In my view, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the above named petitioner is rejected. In the event of surrender before the court below within ten days, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner shall be considered without being prejudiced by this order.
