Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457,380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is against unknown. No incriminating article was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Patliputra Police Station Case No.34 of 2019, subject to
