2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 987 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 140(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is said to have killed the deceased with hammer. He has confessed his guilt and the CCTV footage also supports the participation of the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
