Patna High Court CWJC No.1435 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 29/08/2020 passed by the District Programme Officer (ICDS), Bhagalpur in Misc. (Anganbari) Case No.- 54/20 has been affirmed by which selection/ appointment of private respondent no.9 on the post of Anganbari Sevika has been found correct."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
