2. The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) For directing the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the Registration Appeal No. 10 of 2005-06 in accordance with law which is running pending in court of the respondent no. 2.

(ii) For other relief/s for which petitioner is entitled as per its merit.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that his Registration Appeal No. 10 of 2005-06 is pending in the Court of District Magistrate cum District Registrar, Muzaffarpur (respondent no. 2).

4. It has been submitted that after a lapse of more than 18 years, there is no progress in the said appeal. If it is so, the District Registrar shall take every endeavor to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

5. With these observation(s), the writ petition stands disposed of.
