2. The present MJC application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.518 of 2019, which was dismissed due to non-appearance of counsel for the petitioner vide order dated 22.11.2023.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to personal difficulties, he could not appear to argue this case and the case was dismissed. He further submits that such mistake shall not take place in future.
