2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 8(c), 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. On a secret information, a raid was conducted and one co-accused Dharmendra Kumar was arrested and upon search, 30 gram Smack was recovered from his possession and on interrogation, the apprehended person disclosed that said narcotic drug was bought from one Jitendra Kumar and Vikash Kumar (petitioner).
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, who was apprehended on spot. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
