2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation (Annexure 'P/2') before the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.5) for redressal of his grievance, as sought for in the present writ petition, but the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur is sitting tight over it against the mandate of the law.

3. Considering the above submissions made on behalf
