2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kanaria P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025, instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 76, 109, 308(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence when the informant was constructing house on her land, F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioners armed with weapon came and objected to construct the house and demanded Rs. 1 lakh. On protest, accused persons assaulted

Accused persons Piyush Kumar, Raben Yadav and Vimal Yadav tried to outrage the modesty of informant. Accused Satya Narayan Yadav assaulted the informant with the butt of pistol causing head injury. The accused persons also assaulted the mother-inlaw of the informant. They snatched Mangalsutra of the informant worth Rs. 90,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against the co-accused Subodh Kumar that he assaulted the husband of informant with Farsa and the said Subodh Kumar is not the petitioner. Injury to the injured are simple in nature caused by sharp object. Both the parties are agnates and there is dispute of partition in the family. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners undertake to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six

No.87483 of 2025(2) dt.12-01-2026 3/3 weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Kanaria P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023.
