JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate Order or Orders, Direction or Directions, Writ or Writs for commanding the Respondents Nos.3 and 6 to direct the private Respondent Nos.7 to 23 to remove the encroachment made by them over the raised platform which has been made over the public land despite the clear-cut Order of the Respondent No.3 dated 10.2.2018.
(ii). For issuance of an appropriate Order or Orders, Direction or Directions, Writ or Writs to the Respondent No.6 to get the encroachment removed over the raised platform from the Respondent Nos. 7 to 23 as they have become embolden over the different attitude of him which shows that they are in league with them."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 6 i.e. the Circle Officer, Darbhanga Sadar, District-Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
