2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that she being the Branch Manager of Lotus Proficient Nidhi Limited did not release the matured amount of the customers with intention to grab the money.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that petitioner is only the Branch Manager and all transactions are managed by the Director of the Bank who has direct link to the agents. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and other facts

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.329 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2025 2/2 and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
