Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition during course of the day. Prayer is allowed. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 202/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant/police official got confidential information that eight to ten persons are indulged in sale and purchase of motorcycle near Railway Dhala. The informant along with other police officials reached at the place and eight persons including this petitioner were apprehended by them. It

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4045 of 2019(2) dt.01-02-2019 2/2 is alleged that during search five motorcycles were seized and master-key was also recovered from the pant of Pradip Singh. A knife was recovered from possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 202/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) vinita/- U T
