2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that petitioner being a lady candidate applied for the Homeopathic Medical Officer and Ayush Physician (Homeopathic) in the category of SC. He further submits that minimum cut off marks of the SC candidate of female is set up as 37.5176. According to counsel in the merit list name of the one candidate mentioned in the serial number 123 namely Gauri Mandal has got less marks

The petitioner already make a representation/complained before the respondents vide Annexure P/4 on 07.12.2024, which has not been decided yet. Therefore, it is prayed by the counsel that the petition may be disposed off directing the concerned authority/respondent to take a decision on the complained/ representation made by the petitioner that is Annexure P/4 within any stipulated period fixed by this Court.

4. The above limited prayer made by the counsel is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent. He submit that if this Court direct the complained of the petition will be decided within 6 weeks.

5. On the basis of submission made by both the counsels the petition is disposed off. The concerned respondent/ authority is directed to consider and decide the application/complaint dated 07.12.2024 Annexure- P/4 made by the petitioner within 6 weeks from today in accordance with the relevant rules and law.
