The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 373 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 401 Indian Penal Code and Section 20, 22, 23, 24, 27A and 29 of NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.11.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 200 gm Charas was recovered from the possession of Ladan Sah @ Laddu Sah and Mukesh Ram and they have disclosed the name of the petitioner and petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

No.3785 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 373 of 2017.
