The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 10.10.2019 passed in connection with Mutation Case No.483 of 2019-2020 passed by the Circle Officer, Morwan whereby and whereunder he has passed the order of Mutation of land measuring an

Patna High Court CWJC No.619 of 2025(2) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 area 2.17 decimal. A pertaining to Khata No.111, Plot No.1040 situated in Mauza- Dharmpur Bande, P.S.- Patory, District- Samastipur in favour of the respondents No.6.

(ii) To direct the Circle Officer, Morwa to pass order a fresh in Mutation Case No.483 of 2019-20 in accordance with the provisions of Bihar Mutation Act 2011 taking into account that the petitioner is coming peaceful possession in land in question stated above.

(iii) To any other relief's to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. The petitioner may take the recourses of statutory remedy provided under appropriate forums.

4. With the aforesaid observation(s), the writ petition stands disposed of.
