JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khusrupur P.S.Case No. 191 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners, who happens to be the father-in-law and brother-in-law, is of dowry death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and furthermore, they are not residing with the husband of the deceased rather they are residing in other village and that has come during investigation also.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2096 of 2019(4) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Patna City in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
