The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special cAse No.4630/19 arising out of Mokama P.S.Case No.1100/19 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(b) (c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

As per FIR, petitioner in drunken stage assaulted the informant by sharp cutting weapon.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that CT Scan shows that there is no serious injury over the person of the informant. Petitioner has also received injuries as there was scuffle between the parties. He is in custody for more

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.4630 of 2019 arising out of Mokama P.S.Case No.100 of 2019 with condition to cooperate in disposal of the trial.. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
