====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 427, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and frivolous and has been filed only to take vengeance on the petitioner. It is submitted that the present petitioner is a meritorious student of M.B.B.S. Final Year and though it is alleged that he had attacked one Md. Shakeel Shaikh, no such injuries, as narrated in the FIR, was found on the person which is evident from 'Annexure 2'. It is further

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
