JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while rejecting the application for bail, the Sessions Judge has noted willingness of the petitioner to keep his wife with full dignity and honour although there is no specific statement on affidavit in this petition.
Shri Braj Kishore Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, despite all adverse circumstances, is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity.

Case No. 41 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will take initiative to resolve the dispute between the husband and wife and give undertaking before the court below that he is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity.
