The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vijaipur P.S.Case No.136 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, there is allegation against the petitioner of assisting the other accused persons causing death of the son of the informant. Specific allegation of assault is against the coaccused. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is in custody for three months. Charge-sheet has been submitted. She is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon her and ready to co-operate in disposal of the trial.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM IV, Gopalganj in connection with Vijaipur P.S.case No.136 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
