JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 The petitioners, who are in custody since 08.11.2019 and are persons of clean antecedents seek bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 310 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

It appears that on seeing the police party, three persons attempted to flee away and also threw their belongings. Later, it was found that the thrown bag contained approximately eleven litres of liquor. The petitioners are stated to have been

Considering the nature of accusation, the period of custody and the clean antecedents of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional District Judgecum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 310 of 2019.
