JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhitaha P.S.Case No. 20 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.

At the very outset, it is submitted that during the pendency of this petition, petitioner no. 1 has been arrested. In such view of the matter, this petition as against petitioner no. 1 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is of assaulting the informant and others causing injuries to them.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Bagaha in connection with Bhitaha P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sujit/- U T
