Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh, learned Senior Advocate submits that no such application has been made before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.25319 of 2019 dt.19-12-2019 2/2 concerned authority and therefore the respondents are not even aware of such demand of the petitioner.

There appears to be some substance in the aforesaid submission of the respondents.

Should the petitioner make a detailed representation before the Electrical Executive Engineer, North Bihar Power Distribution Corporation, Motihari, East Champaran (respondent no. 4) within a period of four weeks, the same shall be adverted to and after verification and ascertainment of the entitlement, necessary order shall be passed in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of three months. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
